LBC was delighted to be engaged to help design, produce and manage the RIPOL Stand. The objectives of the activation were to enhance the exposure of the RIPOL brand and engage with new and old customers in a fun, relaxed, eye catching and novel design.

Ripol exhibition management
Upon arrival on the booth, guests enjoyed a fun photo moment with the RIPOL Creative Picture Booth which provided a playful, relaxed environment for RIPOL staff to engage with clients. This design represented the RIPOL brand and its values. The stand captured the curiosity of passers-by with two distinct areas.
In the first section of the stand, guests were drawn to the Creative Picture Booth. They were invited to have their photo taken and keep it as a memory. The creative painting picture booth provided guests with photo opportunities, which increased the brand exposure for RIPOL.
Moving into the second section of the stand the guests were welcomed in a cosy space with walls plastered with colour samples. It was time to enjoy a relaxing moment with Italian food specialities. This setting provided an opportunity for business discussions.
To further enhance the guest experience, a large display of finished products such as car wheels using the RIPOL technology gained attention and created curiosity ensuring that the RIPOL stand was the most talked about amongst guests.
Overall, LBC helped create a high-quality exhibition activation, which fulfilled and exceeded the client’s objective of being fun and relaxed yet generating a high level of foot traffic and consumer engagement. The RIPOL Exhibition Stand was praised by all passers-by.
LBC also helped manage all logistics, team briefings, the delegation of services and the installation of branding and signage nationally.
RIPOL enhanced their exposure and was approached during the Trade Show for various JV abroad.
